Ok, after months and months of failure NOT posting anything, I am going to attempt to return to keeping all our out of town family and friends at least a LITTLE up to date with our life! Here is the summer/fall/winter review:
1. We went to a lot of D backs games to finish the summer, including this awesome company outing with my office...RIGHT behind the plate!!! All you can eat food FREE and a sweet view of the game with my coworkers. Lots of fun.
2. We moved to a new house! It's just a few minutes from the rental townhome we were in, but it is a definite upgrade!!! It has two stories, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a ginormous backyard that we LOVE, and it is conveniently close to excellent places like Sabino Canyon, hiking trails, and our friends, The Masons, house;). We both felt at home instantly here, and we plan to be in this place a long time.
3. Halloween: carved pumpkins with some of our FAVORITE people in the world, Jenny and Ben Scott. We've had some great visitors so far in the new place and hope that they keep coming:)!
4. Stupid javelinas ate our pumpkins the next day.
5. Thanksgiving at our house! My parents and Aunt Kathy joined Rusty and me at our house this year. The week before Rusty's parents came for a visit...but I failed at taking any pictures to prove that fact. We had a great time with them nonetheless:).
6. Rusty decorated our house for Christmas this week. I asked him to make it look like Dr. Suess's house on Christmas. Success.
7. Rusty and Joe put up our new backboard so we can play basketball in our backyard without accidentally ingesting fiberglass microshards! Thanks, guys.
And that's the fall in review.
In three weeks, Rusty and I head to California for Christmas and skiing in Tahoe with Rusty's family for the New Year!! Pictures and posts to come. I hope:).

Summer 2010
Summer is definitely in full swing here in Tucson! Temperatures are into the 100's and only climbing!! We're excited for the next few months and all the fun plans involved.
Rusty has been keeping busy with work both here in Tucson at Noonan Physical Therapy AND up in Phoenix once a week to work with the Cleveland Indians at their rehab facility. He helps treat minor league players and players from the Indians who are on the disabled list long term. He has also picked up a new hobby in the past few weeks. He joined the local boxing gym and has been taking classes a few times per week there.
I just returned yesterday from summer camp with the middle school group from my church, The Journey!!!! We took 30 middle schoolers to Forest Home California for a week of fun an learning about God in the mountains, and it was a spectacular time! I learned a whole lot about junior highers, myself, and about the LORD! Thank you for everyone who was praying for the leaders and kids on our trip. It was a great time.

Spring Continues: Seven Falls Hiking

Spring is Here!!!

Here are some pictures from our work outing to the Diamondbacks game in their last year of spring training in Tucson! My office went together to see them WHOOP on the Dodgers yesterday! Everyone had a great time, and EVERYONE got sunburned due to our pasty white, winter skin being exposed to the first warm sunlight of the spring. It was still a great time! We also went to the symphony with my family last night!
Another sweet oppurtunity of the new year has been an internship Rusty started last week with the Cleveland Indians (that's a pro baseball team for those that don't know the sports)! He is working (on his day off) with one of the team's physical therapists during spring training in AZ to learn about their rehab program and get a look at the life of a professional sports P.T.! He is practicing throwing programs and rehab protocols with the players. It's a pretty busy time for Rusty right now, but he is really glad to have that chance to see what it would be like. Working with an MLB team is one of his dreams.
Not much else to report. Weather is starting to be absolutely WONDERFUL in Tucson. This is the best time of year in my opinion. We're looking forward to lots of D-backs games, hiking, out of town visitors, 5k runs, orange dream Eegees, and lots more God-given oppurtunities for the summer! Here we go!

RocknRoll Run
A few weeks ago, my sister and I completed the PF Chang's 1/2 marathon in Phoenix! It was the first distance race for either of us, and it was awesome!!! We trained hard for several months, and even after running the race, I still want to do it all over again! I'm hoping to run the Tucson 1/2 marathon in December. Becky is going to run with me again, she just doesn't know it yet. Here are some pictures from before and after the race! The best part of crossing the finish line, besides the accomplishement of course, was free lettuce wraps and chocolate cake from PF Chang's. We Reeves's will do anything for free food:).

California Dreamin
My new Dad #2 (father in law) sent us these pictures of our time in California over Christmas and New Years. We were all over the state of CA for the week we were there, starting up near San Jose and ending up in Anaheim at Disneyland! It was a fantastic trip, and I love my new family. Here are a few photos:
1. Best family photo ever. Kristin (in front) was trying to run in time after setting the self timer, and no one was really ready. We took about 12 other shots and ended up deciding nothing could beat this one anyway.

2. Rusty's dad has a tendancy to set you up for a great picture, but doesn't always count to three or TELL you when he's going to push the button. I have mastered the art of smiling continuously in ready position for this reason. Rusty, in a 28 year period, somehow has not.
3. Rusty and his dad on Main Street at Disneyland on New Year's Eve. It was crazy packed and lots of fun! We had a great trip!
