James is HERE!!!

Announcing the Arrival (finally!!) of James Shea Foxe!  He made his much anticipated debut on March 25th at 11:14pm, weighing in at 7 lbs 11oz and 21 inches long.  We thank and praise God for His perfect plan and timing in orchestrating James's birth, which was smoother than I ever thought possible and such a blessing to us.

Rusty is off for the week, and we are learning much already about being parents and about our little boy!  Please pray for us as we learn, and pray for James as he grows and learns about US and about this world.

My last day of work was Friday, so I have spent this week getting the place ready and getting some final hours of sleep before I will apparently never sleep again (from what everyone keeps telling me!)!!

Hopefully the next pictures I post will be of our new arrival IN his new room!!  Please pray for Rusty and I as we are in the final days of waiting AND as we jump into parenthood sometime soon!

California Baby Shower and Ultrasound

I'm getting behind, but that's probably to be expected right now!!

Here are a few photos from my recent baby shower in California AND week 35 pics of James from the final ultrasound.  The next pictures of him will be on the other side of the womb!!  Woah!!!  My sister and mom also threw my a fantastic baby shower here in Tucson, but I haven't gotten those pictures yet.  Nursery photos to come, too:)!

We're getting close!  Here's me and James (we decided on a name!  After Rusty's dad:)! ) at 30 weeks along.  He is getting much bigger and his movements are strong enough to be visible to outside eyes now!

We have a lot to look forward to while we excitedly await James's arrival: two showers in the next month (one in CA and one in Tucson), our first orientation at the hospital today, and seeing the show Wicked in Phoenix with my family!!

The nursery has been our major home project lately, and it's starting to come along!  I'll post pictures when we have a bit more completed.  Until then, I hope everyone is well!  Happy January!
