Quick News Update

*Rusty and I are moving to Tucson

*Our lease on our rental house starts May 25th!

*The house is located on Skyline and Swan for those of you to whom that means ANYTHING.

*Rusty got a great job offer starting at Noonan Physical Therapy in downtown Tucson!

*I am going to start working in the fall at Athlon Physical Therapy in Oro Valley (North Tucson)

*We got our marriage license from the courthouse in Flagstaff this weekend!

*We graduated from PT school this weekend at NAU

*Our families met & didn't kill each other this weekend (just kidding, it went better than that:)!)

*We are headed to Visalia this week for a wedding BBQ and time with family. Yay!

*Wedding details are coming together. In truth there aren't that many details because we are really keeping it clean and simple, but it's still all coming together;)! Can't wait to see you all!

*We are going to have some sort of Sunday morning breakfast at Little America Hotel because we DO want to SEE everyone who attends the wedding, especially those from out of town who we are so excited about! More details on that when there ARE more details on that, but hopefully plan to have a meal with us and hang out a little Sunday morning between 10-11:30. It will be very casual, just a time to catch up. Look forward to it!

Invitations are Out!

Invitations were sent out this week for the big day!! If you don't get one in the next week or two, we probably don't have your address! Please email me or Rusty, I know he in particular is missing a few and would love the help getting those last few invitations out:)! We're excited for your responses!

Graduation is just two weeks away, still no word on a finalized moving location, just enjoying our time here and taking it day by day! We are looking forward to a Dbacks game this weekend with my sister and her husband...in the all you can eat section! Yeah! Wedding details are starting to come together enough to actually enjoy things like that!!

Upcoming Happenings

Our final semester is winding down! Rusty and I will complete our doctorates in physical therapy in just four weeks! Graduation is at NAU campus, Saturday May 9th at 10am if anyone is interested. The ceremony should be supremely boring, so just join us for free food afterwards as we BBQ. Call me for details.



Since graduation is nearly upon us, we realised we'd better actually start movin and shakin to get us a place to LIVE. Rusty has started looking for jobs in the San Diego area, and we are planning to travel there in two weeks to start apartment hunting. The area we are looking at is Ocean Beach, which is a suburb JUST outside of the downtown area. We would be less than a mile from the beach, 5 miles from downtown, Sea World, Balboa Park, and the cultural center of SD. Mooching visitors are WELCOME. We want to find a great place to live so our friends and family will enjoy coming out to see us. SD is the tentative plan for the first year at least. We'll go from there. Hopefully, we find an apartment soon and get the ball rolling! We are both very excited.

We're headed to Flagstaff next weekend for Resurrection Sunday at Grace! I can't wait!






Lastly, a few friends and family have asked about gifting outside the realm of our registry. For this reason, I created an Amazon wish list of random items that would help Rusty and I get on our feet in San Diego. The link is on the sidebar.
